I’m currently a patient here at palm valley. I took the time to write this review because it is underrated. I want to give a big thank you to all the staff working here and excellent work on maintaining this place. A special thank you to my wound care specialist Megan and Sally. They took really good care of my heath. They made sure I had the appropriate treatment and we’re very caring. My nurse Toni made sure I was was comfortable and had my medication and pain medication when I needed it. My CNA Marlene consistently checked up on me and got me almost anything I asked for from snacks, drinks, Tv and helped me with my shower and showed me the most honest kindness I’ve ever experienced on my life. I was fed 3 times a day. The Kitchen director has the best cooking team ever and never denied making me what I was craving. There’s a smoking area were I can smoke my cigarettes. I want to thank Heather the director of the facility for maintaining a positive good vibes facility. This is a place were they go above and beyond for their patients. Your in the best of hands here. I made great friends here with the staff. I’ve seen the director of respiratory Mark come in at midnight for his patients to overlook that they were being well taking care of. I will definitely come back and visit the friends I’ve made here, and remind them all. GOOD JOB!

My sister has been here for less then 24 and has already been down talked by staff and left to sit in her filth for over an hour while it itched and burned. It had moved up to her woman parts before anything was done to help her. She the staff became upset with her because it was not her turn to be tended to and it messed up the nurses schedule. This level of mediocrity and lack of care is appalling. We are swiftly looking to relocate her.

All five stars are for Megan in wound care 😍 Thank you for actually listening to me, caring, and making such a difficult moment in my life easy. You’re a wonderful person. Everything else was terrible.

Employees are top notch here

2 days of calling to reach a client with no success. 2 days of no return calls leaving messages. 2 days of empty nurse stations. Seems to be an issue contacting residents. I wouldn’t recommend having a family member at this facility.

I just wanna think everybody here at Palm Valley acute you guys are great. You guys are awesome Jessica Melissa Jenny and the list goes on all you guys. I’ve missed you guys. I’m sorry, but you guys are all great thank you God bless you. Y’all deserve a raise.

Nurses are unders staffed cant keep up on timed prescriptions and requested meds, cpa, understaffed, out right bullshit, food is bad, no condiments are passed out only get 4oz to drink per meal room temperature, coffee 3 times a day why, and I’ve only been here 3 days very rude nurses, they yell at you don’t know how to have a conversation telling me things that are the rules but I haven’t seen any rules or guidelines and I haven’t signed anything either yet

So far so good Mom has been her going on 2 weeks…..will keep u updated

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this skilled nursing facility! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming, and genuinely positive atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their residents and treat them with compassion, dignity, and respect every single day. A special thank you to the incredible Director of Nursing, Heather. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and an outstanding leader. Her dedication to providing high-quality care is evident throughout the entire facility, and she has created a culture where both residents and staff thrive. I also want to recognize Angelina, the Infection Control Nurse, who is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly smart, thorough, and proactive, always ensuring the highest standards of safety and infection prevention. Her professionalism and commitment to resident well-being are truly impressive. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating an environment that feels uplifting, supportive, and caring. It’s refreshing to see a facility where excellence in care and kindness go hand in hand. I would highly recommend this skilled nursing facility to anyone looking for outstanding care for their loved one!

With my experience Ashley Kastl is the biggest asset at Palm Valley Acute. She returns calls immediately, listens to needs, and gets things done. She is an absolute expert in 5 star customer service!!!!

I have had a very good experience here. Everybody from admin to house keeping has been very nice. They listen to your concerns and handle any problem you might have. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs rehab.

Thank to the therapy staff! I came in unable to walk and they have me walking again!

This review is based off of the amazing care from my Casemanager Crystal, nurses Seery, Toni, and Kelly. The entire PT and OT was also amazing and very patient. Tyler, Mark (pulmonary management) and the NP from pulmonary as well. Crystal has been the best. She is the reason I came back a second time. Hands down if you are looking for a rehab or a place to send your loved one..ask to connect with Crystal in casemanagement.

Crystal and her team are wealth of knowledge! Easy to work with and very customer service oriented.
